Job Summary

SalesPro Network is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Sales Support Executive to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations by supporting sales representatives, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment while contributing to overall sales growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the B2B sales team
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with prospective and existing clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
  • Track sales metrics and generate performance reports for management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar B2B environment
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer relationship management

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours with overlap required during core business hours
  • Availability to support sales teams across different time zones when needed
