Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, captions, graphics concepts, and short-form videos
• Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with design or marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals
• Manage paid social media campaigns when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging

Experience

• Freshers with strong social media knowledge are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation preferred
