Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with an eye for design and branding
Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies

Experience

0–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Freshers with strong knowledge and passion for social media are encouraged to apply
Proven track record of managing social media accounts or campaigns is a plus
