OneTech Associates is seeking a creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and branding
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Freshers with strong knowledge and passion for social media are encouraged to apply
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts or campaigns is a plus
