Job Summary

GoodCause International is seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated individuals for Remote Social Worker Jobs. Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional social work certification is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused mindset.
Knowledge of social service systems and community resources preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social work, counseling, case management, or community support services preferred.
Experience in remote counseling or telehealth services is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply for entry-level opportunities.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, or community outreach programs is beneficial.

Working Hours
