Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Technical Recruiter specializing in Cybersecurity talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier cybersecurity professionals across various domains including network security, cloud security, threat intelligence, and security engineering. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to build strong technical teams that support our growing global client base.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit cybersecurity professionals across multiple experience levels
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and niche cybersecurity communities to attract talent
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates
Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate suitability
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS updates
Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends, roles, and skill requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles (SOC Analyst, Penetration Tester, Security Engineer, etc.)
Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess technical skills at a high level
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring strategies
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience

2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment
Prior experience recruiting for cybersecurity or IT security roles is strongly preferred
Experience working in remote or global hiring environments is an advantage

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
Flexible working hours aligned with global hiring needs
Occasional overlap with US/Europe time zones may be required
