Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Helpdesk team. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to clients and internal users, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
