  • Strong understanding of computer systems, internet connectivity, operating systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM platforms, and ticketing tools.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home working setup.

Experience
