Job Summary

CallLink Support is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Remote Telecaller to join our growing support team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional communication. The ideal candidate is articulate, patient, and capable of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication scripts and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in BPO or call center environments is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts (day/night shifts based on business requirements)
  • 5 to 6 working days per week
  • Rotational weekly offs
  • Work-from-home setup with required equipment and stable internet connection
