Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Travel Concierge – Luxury Itinerary Planner to design and manage premium travel experiences for high-net-worth and luxury clientele. In this role, you will curate bespoke travel itineraries, handle end-to-end trip coordination, and deliver exceptional concierge-level service that exceeds client expectations. This is a fully remote position suited for professionals passionate about travel, luxury hospitality, and personalized service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and customize luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and lifestyle needs
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, luxury accommodations, private transfers, dining, and exclusive experiences
Maintain strong relationships with premium hotels, airlines, resorts, and travel partners
Provide real-time travel support and concierge assistance before, during, and after trips
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer upgrades, experiences, and recommendations
Handle itinerary changes, disruptions, and last-minute requests efficiently and professionally
Ensure all travel plans meet safety, visa, and documentation requirements
Maintain accurate records of client preferences and travel history in CRM systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and luxury hospitality services
Ability to create detailed, high-quality itineraries under tight deadlines
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM tools

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or luxury concierge services
Experience working with high-end or VIP clients is highly preferred
Background in travel agencies, luxury hotels, or corporate travel management is an advantage

Working Hours

Fully remote position
Flexible working schedule aligned with client time zones
Availability required for occasional urgent travel support or client requests
Standard workload: 40 hours per week with flexibility during peak travel seasons
