Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options available: Morning or Evening shifts.
  • 5โ€“6 working days per week with rotational offs.
