Cruise Ship Jobs is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard retail team. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests into the onboard retail shop with a professional and friendly attitude.

Assist passengers with product recommendations, gift selections, souvenirs, luxury items, apparel, accessories, cosmetics, and travel essentials.

Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for cash, card, and onboard account transactions.

Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked and organized.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to retail supervisors.

Participate in receiving, unpacking, labeling, and pricing merchandise deliveries.

Support promotional campaigns, special sales events, and product demonstrations.

Handle guest inquiries, product concerns, and exchanges professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within all retail areas.

Follow company sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

Rotational shifts based on cruise schedules.

Typically 8–11 hours per day, depending on operational requirements.
