Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly organized and client-focused SaaS Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment of our software solutions for global clients. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client launches, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering value through efficient implementation processes. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to post-launch support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and deployment phases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

Configure and customize SaaS solutions based on client requirements

Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users

Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful product adoption

Continuously improve implementation processes and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong client-facing and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer onboarding

Proven track record of managing successful client deployments

Experience working with global clients and remote teams is highly preferred

Prior experience in a client-facing role within a technology or SaaS company
