SaaS Implementation Specialist – Remote Client Onboarding

Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Implementation Specialist – Remote Client Onboarding to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our software solutions for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and successful adoption of our platform.

You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that align with client business objectives. This position requires strong project management capabilities, technical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new SaaS clients from contract handoff to successful go-live.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows, business needs, and system requirements.
• Configure software platforms according to client specifications and business processes.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver virtual training sessions and product demonstrations for client teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth implementations.
• Identify project risks, troubleshoot technical or operational issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Document implementation processes, client requirements, and configuration details.
• Ensure data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing are completed successfully.
• Support post-launch adoption and transition clients to the Customer Success team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, software consulting, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software platforms and business application workflows.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or other enterprise software systems.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in SaaS implementation, client success, technical consulting, or software deployment.
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients is highly preferred.
• Previous remote work experience in a client-facing environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
• Flexible scheduling with overlap required across client business hours.
• Standard work week: 40 hours per week.
• Occasional evening meetings may be required based on global client time zones.
