Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic SaaS Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative cloud-based software products. As a SaaS Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, technical understanding, analytical thinking, and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.

Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.

Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Partner closely with engineering and UX/UI teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead agile product ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to guide decision-making.

Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the SaaS ecosystem.

Drive product launches, adoption initiatives, and feature enhancements to maximize customer retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

MBA or advanced business/technical education is considered an advantage.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and customer lifecycle management.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean product development methodologies.

Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to interpret product analytics and make data-driven decisions.

Experience creating product documentation, business cases, and roadmap presentations.
Experience

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

Proven track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products.

Experience working with distributed teams in remote environments.

Prior experience in cloud technologies, API products, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred.

Experience managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
Working Hours

This is a fully remote position aligned with West Coast business hours.

Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday.

Core collaboration hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Flexibility may be required during product launches, strategic planning cycles, or cross-functional meetings.
