Job Title: SAP Specialist - SAP MDG

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an SAP Specialist focused on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining robust data governance solutions across multiple enterprise systems. You will work on complex SAP MDG implementations, ensuring data quality and consistency across master data domains while supporting organizations through their digital transformation journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and optimizing MDG solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementation projects, particularly in SAP S/4 HANA migration and implementation environments, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across the organization.
2. Design and implement MDG solutions for critical master data objects including Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and other domain-specific entities tailored to client requirements.
3. Perform data model enhancements and execute data transformation activities to support system integrations and ensure data integrity throughout implementation phases.
4. Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to gather requirements, define data governance policies, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
5. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of MDG configurations, addressing data quality issues and ensuring compliance with organizational data standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience with SAP MDG, demonstrating proficiency in either technical or techno-functional capacities with hands-on implementation expertise.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 end-to-end SAP MDG implementation projects, with at least 2 projects involving SAP S/4 HANA migration or native S/4 HANA implementation.
3. Deep technical knowledge of data model design, data governance frameworks, and expertise in implementing solutions across multiple master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, and Material.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively in diverse team environments.
