Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Semiconductor Process Engineer – Remote Design Support to join our advanced engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote engineering support for semiconductor process development, qualification, and optimization.

Collaborate with design engineers, process integration teams, and manufacturing personnel to ensure process compatibility with device requirements.

Analyze process data, identify yield improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Support wafer fabrication activities including lithography, etching, deposition, diffusion, implantation, and CMP process optimization.

Investigate process deviations, root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve process performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Review and interpret process characterization data, electrical test data, and reliability reports.

Assist in transferring new technologies from research and development into high-volume manufacturing.

Create technical reports, process documentation, and engineering recommendations for stakeholders.

Participate in customer technical discussions and provide engineering solutions to manufacturing challenges.

Support process simulation, modeling, and process window optimization activities.

Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Master’s degree preferred for advanced process development roles.

Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication technologies.

Hands-on knowledge of wafer processing techniques and cleanroom manufacturing standards.

Experience with statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and yield management.

Proficiency with engineering analysis tools and semiconductor process simulation platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote work environments.

Ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience

Minimum 4–8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or device fabrication.

Experience supporting advanced nodes, CMOS technologies, MEMS, power devices, or compound semiconductor processes is highly desirable.

Proven experience in process troubleshooting, yield improvement, and technology transfer.

Previous experience working with international engineering teams is an advantage.
Working Hours
