Job Description

Job Summary

Adobe is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Success Manager – Cloud Services to drive long-term value for enterprise clients leveraging Adobe’s cloud-based solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and expansion by building strong relationships and aligning Adobe’s offerings with customer business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, enabling clients to maximize ROI from Adobe’s cloud ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with Adobe Cloud Services.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, presenting insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Ensure successful renewal processes and contract expansions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer success.

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise clients and driving customer retention and growth.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms or digital experience solutions is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
