Job Summary

Axon is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead and nurture relationships within our Enterprise Segment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Axon’s solutions. You will drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction by aligning business objectives with innovative technology solutions. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is passionate about delivering measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement strategies to ensure successful product utilization.
  • Understand customer business goals and align Axon’s solutions to deliver tangible value and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and service improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level clients in SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
  • Track record of achieving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with standard business hours.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global clients across different time zones when required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings and strategic engagements.
