Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager – Strategic Tech to join Box’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value strategic technology clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Box’s cloud content management platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with product capabilities, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, relationship management, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology-focused clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement strategies.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks to retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to influence product improvements.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and performance insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer success platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience working with strategic or enterprise-level clients is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving customer retention and driving revenue growth.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
