Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior UX Researcher to lead accessibility-focused research initiatives within the GovTech sector. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusive design.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and policy stakeholders in GovTech environments.

Advocate for accessibility standards such as WCAG and ensure their integration into product development cycles.

Develop research frameworks tailored to public sector services and citizen-centric platforms.

Synthesize findings into clear, compelling reports and present insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Mentor junior researchers and promote a culture of user-centered thinking across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.

Strong expertise in accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2 and inclusive design principles.

Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.).

Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.

Experience working in Agile or Lean product environments.

Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user needs effectively.

Minimum of 6–8 years of professional UX research experience.

Working Hours
