Job Description

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Customer Success Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and our technical teams. In this role, you will ensure customers successfully adopt, integrate, and maximize the value of our products and services. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, combining strong problem-solving abilities with customer relationship management skills to deliver an exceptional user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and integration of products and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer needs and escalations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve product development.
  • Develop technical documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success with the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages or basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar technical role preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible shifts depending on customer location and business requirements
  • May include occasional overlap with international time zones

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
