Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing BPO and call center operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This opportunity is particularly suited for Indian candidates looking to build an international career in a fast-paced and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in BPO, call center, or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts, including night shifts (as per Singapore time zone)
  • 5 to 6 working days per week
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
