Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing BPO and call center operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Achieve daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics

Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls

Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Hours

Rotational shifts, including night shifts (as per Singapore time zone)

5 to 6 working days per week
