Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote mobile app development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components

Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience

Participate in brainstorming sessions and product strategy discussions

Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work for mobile and web apps

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows

Understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (mobile app experience preferred)

Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage

Prior experience in a digital agency or product-based company is a plus
