Job Summary

BrightConnect Services is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Female Customer Care Executives to join our fast-growing BPO operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling client queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Achieve performance targets and service quality standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good listening skills with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or any graduate

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in BPO, call center, or customer service roles is an added advantage

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts as per business requirements)
  • 5 to 6 working days per week with rotational off
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required

  • Understanding of customer handling techniques and call etiquette
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
