Job Summary
TalentBridge HR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual HR Recruiter to join our remote talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for a passionate HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and has a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top talent across diverse industries. As a Virtual HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs

Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and platforms

Ability to assess candidates effectively and make data-driven hiring decisions

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience in remote hiring or virtual recruitment environments is preferred

Familiarity with multiple industry hiring practices is an added advantage
Working Hours

Flexible working hours with availability aligned to business needs

Standard 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
