Job Summary
Vedantu Innovations is seeking a passionate and engaging Virtual Phonics Teacher to support early learners aged 4 to 8 in building strong foundational literacy skills. The ideal candidate will deliver interactive, student-centered phonics lessons in an online environment, fostering a love for reading and language development. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit young learners’ diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct live, interactive phonics sessions tailored to young learners (ages 4–8).

Develop and implement structured lesson plans aligned with phonics learning objectives.

Use engaging teaching aids such as visuals, songs, stories, and activities to enhance learning.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Certification in phonics training (e.g., Jolly Phonics or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education or phonics instruction.

Prior experience in online teaching or virtual classrooms is an added advantage.
