Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Property Manager to support Australian real estate operations remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property listings, coordinating tenant communications, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property administration across multiple portfolios. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and a solid understanding of property management processes within the Australian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial property portfolios remotely
Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and vendors regarding property-related matters
Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution through service providers
Prepare, update, and maintain accurate property records and documentation
Assist in lease administration including renewals, agreements, and inspections
Monitor rent collection status and follow up on overdue payments
Support property listing updates across real estate platforms
Ensure compliance with Australian property regulations and internal standards
Provide regular reports on property performance and operational updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of property management processes (AU real estate exposure preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good understanding of tenant relations and customer service principles

Experience

2–5 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or related field
Prior experience handling Australian property portfolios will be an added advantage
Experience in remote coordination or virtual assistant roles is preferred

Working Hours

Remote role with flexible working environment
Must be available during Australian business hours (AWST/AEST overlap required)
Full-time position (Monday to Friday, occasional weekend support if required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of lease agreements, tenancy laws, and property compliance
Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
High level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
Tech-savvy with ability to use digital tools for property tracking and communication
Ability to work under minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
