Job Summary
WGU (Western Governors University) is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Virtual Student Success Coach to support learners across its online campus. This role is pivotal in guiding students throughout their academic journey, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and on track to achieve their educational goals. As a key point of contact, the Student Success Coach will provide personalized academic support, monitor progress, and foster a positive and productive learning experience in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to students throughout their academic programs.

Monitor student progress, academic performance, and engagement using digital platforms and analytics tools.

Develop individualized success plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.

Proactively reach out to students to offer support, encouragement, and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience
