Job Summary
The Visa Consultant (Customer Services and Operations) will be responsible for guiding clients through visa application processes, providing accurate documentation support, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with immigration guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with visa application processes, documentation, and submission requirements

Provide accurate information regarding visa categories, eligibility, and procedural updates

Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms in a professional manner

Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications

Maintain and update client records and case tracking systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of visa processes and international travel documentation (preferred but not mandatory)
