Job Summary
FoodNest Eatery is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our restaurant team as a Waiter / Waitress. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience by ensuring guests receive attentive, professional, and efficient service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their assigned tables.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

Serve meals, beverages, and desserts in a professional and timely manner.

Process payments through cash, card, or digital payment systems accurately.

Set up dining tables before service and ensure tables are cleaned and reset after guests leave.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant facilities.

Work closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
