Job Summary
FastMove Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our fast-paced logistics and distribution team. This role is essential in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch in a timely manner. As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction by ensuring all products are handled with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Pick products and materials from warehouse storage locations according to order sheets, RF scanners, or digital picking systems.

Carefully pack items to company standards, ensuring products are protected during transportation.

Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.

Inspect items for quality, quantity, and damage before packing and dispatching.

Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and cycle counts.

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments when required.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse.

Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or operational issues to supervisors.

Follow all workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Ability to read picking lists, shipping labels, and inventory documentation.

Familiarity with handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software is an advantage.
