Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor at Global Logistics Hub is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires strong leadership to manage warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety protocols, and optimize workflow processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods

Manage and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock control systems are consistently maintained

Implement and enforce safety standards, procedures, and compliance regulations

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery schedules

Conduct regular inspections to maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and transportation teams for smooth operations

Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management

Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs

Handle escalations related to shipment discrepancies or delays
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
