Job Summary

ServicePro Global is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic support team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key representative of the company during weekends, you will ensure seamless customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and uphold our commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude may also apply
  • Experience in remote or weekend support roles is an added advantage

Working Hours

  • Part-time or full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday mandatory)
  • Flexible shift options including day, evening, and night shifts
