Job Summary
Ibaco is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our retail operations team as a Weekend Retail Service Team Member. As a frontline representative of the brand, you will play an important role in maintaining service excellence, store presentation, and customer satisfaction during peak weekend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and create a positive in-store experience.

Assist customers in selecting products, flavors, combos, and special offerings.

Prepare and serve ice cream products according to brand quality standards.

Handle billing, cash transactions, digital payments, and invoice generation accurately.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the store.

Replenish stock displays, packaging materials, toppings, and service supplies.

Ensure attractive visual merchandising of products and promotional displays.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Support inventory checks and report low stock levels to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to manage rush-hour customer flow efficiently.

Assist in store opening, closing, and end-of-day operational activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Diploma or undergraduate candidates are welcome.

Working Hours

Part-Time / Weekend Shift Role
