MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mid-Level Financial Analyst and Budget Forecasting Associate to join our remote finance team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise, and are capable of delivering actionable insights that drive business performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs for budget planning
Monitor budget performance and identify variances with detailed explanations
Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and scenario modeling
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
Assist in financial audits and compliance processes
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
Prior experience in a corporate or MNC environment preferred
Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is an advantage

Working Hours

Flexible work-from-home schedule

Ability to overlap with global teams across different time zones when required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
